Described as kiln-dried firewood I ordered a one cubic metre crate. Logs arrived shrink-wrapped but were wet through from top to bottom of the crate, indicating that the logs had been stored outside, not under cover. All the bark had been stripped from the logs and it became obvious why. This is poor quality conifer which does not burn well and spits and crackles continuously. I had asked what the wood was before ordering and was told the logs were not conifer. A bunch of chancers. Avoid like the plague!

A fair price but false economy. Logs are far too large. We have a large wood burner but we now have to cut at least a third of the logs to a more sensible size. Wouldn't recommend and certainly won't buy again.

the worst service ever. after more than a month waiting for the delivery and lack of communication followed by false delivery promises, they were not even proposing to do a small commercial gesture. I cancelled the order. Do not use - This company is not serious in its customer care.

Awful company to use, 1st delivery I had to contact them AFTER I'd waited all day for it not to arrive, 2nd delivery I had to chase only to be told they had no stock to sell as it was being held at the ports pending clearance, 8 days later after I chased it was delivered hanging over the pallet and with damages, 3rd and last delivery was due yesterday, having waited in AGAIN all day, spoke to someone called MIKE late afternoon who assured me it would arrive today and he would call me if any issues, no delivery today, Mike not available to take my call and no effort to contact me. Not only do I not recommend this company, I would actively encourage people to avoid it at all costs, there is a difference between a busy company struggling to keep up and this one that will blatantly lie to you and have zero interest in keeping customers...........worst company I've come across in years.
