Designer Fires

We can’t say how wonderful Abbie & Jordan were when we chose our new fireplace. From the moment we stepped into their showroom they were nothing but amazing ! Abbie had so much knowledge and answered any questions we had and Jordan explained all the fitting details exactly how things would be done . When it came to fitting Jordan and his team were fantastic ! Very clean & tidy , extremely polite and if we had any queries they would spend time to explain , I never felt like I was a nuisance it was a pleasure to have them work in our home. The finish on the work is impeccable. I can not recommend them enough . If you need a new fire or fireplace save yourself some time and just head for designer fires !!!

Wonderful experience with Abbie and Jordan who sold us our fabulous new fire fireplace. From the time we went to the showroom to completion the whole experience was easy and hassle free by far the best showroom and customer service we found.

Very happy with the service we received at Designer Fires, they had a good range of Log Burners - great price and delivered to our front door. Very happy to recommend these guys.

Contacted as wanted new surround/hearth, advised that someone would ring me back but no call, contacted the store again and told again “one of the workmen would ring me back in their lunch break - some days later still no call. Called again to be told by the lady working in the store that she would personally call me back; yep you got it still no call. I even called to the store and was assured someone would be in touch but nothing! Appalling service!

I’m from Swansea and ordered new parts through Designer Fires for an old Barbas Vento gas fire. Abi was incredibly polite, patient and helpful in communicating between Barbas and the Barbas rep Paul (also incredibly helpful) in order to get the parts. There was a problem with a part and Abi was incredibly helpful in putting me in touch with the rep to get the problem sorted. I didn’t buy the original fire from Designer Fires yet Abi was really helpful. I cannot praise Abi enough for the help she gave. If I lived in the Mountain Ash area she’d be the first person I’d go to for a new fire.

I cannot recommend Designer Fire's enough. I had absolutely fantastic service from the moment I walked into the showroom. Abbie was so knowledgeable and very friendly, professional and could not do enough for me.
I was fortunate they had a cancellation and I had it fitted the day after I decided which fire I wanted.
Jordan and his colleague were very professional and polite I will definitely be recommending them if anyone wants a new fire in the future

Jordan and his team were absolutely spot on. Couldn't have asked for a better team to build my media wall. They kept me involved in every step of the process from the size of the ports right down to the colour of the spot lights. I have a few friends who are tradesmen themselves and even they have complimented the high standard of work that's been done.

I did have a small problem with my fire where the bed lights weren't working after a couple of weeks. I called evonic and they arranged an engineer to come and take a look but couldn't give me a date (due to Covid and Wales being locked down). I informed Jordan of this and he's not one of these people who just pushes the aftersales to the manufacturer. He took responsibility and chased daily for me with his supplier and again kept me informed. Low and behold, a week later I had an appointment to fix the bed.

Anyone thinking of using designer fires for the fire and media wall build, please do so with ease and no worry at all because I can assure you these guys (and abbie) are spot on and the quality of work is second to none 👌🏻.
