Had a boiler and fireplace installed by this company absolutely satisfied with the service, never known warmth like this. Would recommend to anyone they were very competitive on price and gave me discount for having both a boiler and fireplace. The workforce were very professional. Thank you

Very knowledgeable staff. No pushy sales

Good selection of fires but a bit pricey

Had dealings with this place twice.
On one occasion the engineer turned up to give a quote on a log burner, within minutes he told me that I don't need one because my house is "so well insulated". in the next sentence this gentleman informed me that even if I was to have one - it would be "prohibitively expensive" and I couldn't afford one anyway. Seems to me, the guy just didn't want to do the job. Fair enough, he could have just said that, instead of patronizing and belittling me. (I had a log burner fitted soon after by a different company, highly professional and efficient, I'm glad they had my money, they fully deserved it)
Another occasion, I popped in the EWF showroom to see if I can buy a small length of an 80mm flue liner, same guy not only wasn't trying to help, quite the opposite - started making fun of my questions, winking at the reception lady, trying to get her to join in and generally was quite rude.
Basically, Energy World Fireplace, with staff like this how are you still in business?

Not enough staff to assist with the overpriced fires on "display"

What a fantastic gas, electric and multifuel fire showroom. Very helpful staff.

Staff are great if you are looking for a new fire this is the best place to go
