We cannot praise this company highly enough from its sales staff to the people who fitted the fireplace. The former were so friendly and professional and the latter paid especial attention to detail and the place was left spotless. There is a good choice in their showroom and the whole process was a pleasant experience.

We have recently had a new fireplace, hearth and fire fitted. It is stunning. The work was carried out efficiently and professionally. We are really pleased with the whole experience. Staff are really helpful from start.

Fantastic experience at Colwyn Fireplace Centre. From choosing the fires, to booking in installations and then fitting in a very quirky extended cottage, the team have been amazing. Big shout out to Richard for keeping me up to date throughout and to Hari and Leon for their work installing both of my multi-fuel stoves. Their work was quick and totally mess-free which I wasn’t expecting at all. Thanks to you all. Honestly we couldn’t be happier with our gorgeous stoves. These guys are fantastic, simple as that.

We had originally contacted another company to help fit a fire at our flat, but they looked at the job and simply said 'oh, that fire won't go in there', laughed and didn't offer any other advice.

We went into the Colwyn Fireplace showroom and spoke with Rachel, who couldn't have been more helpful. She new exactly what she was talking about, advised us on the perfect fire for us (not just the most expensive) and what surround would match best. After a few days we decided on what combination of fire and surround we wanted and booked a date for them to be fitted. A few emails later between us and Charlotte, who was also incredibly helpful, we booked a date.

The guys who fitted the surround and fire did an amazing job and as you can see from the pictures, it looks absolutely stunning.

We can't recommend these guys enough, they are excellent at what they do, friendly and professional.

A truly great business to deal with. I spoke to the team for advice on a new log burner and flue lining kit and with their vast knowledge and experience I had all the information I required. Just a few days later a delivery arrived with all of the equipment I needed. We are now toasty warm and very happy. I would highly recommend dealing with Richard and the team.

Steven was excellent giving us a great product professionally fitted. Even helped us out on a problem we had next day with another issue which had nothing to do with this great company.

From the visit to the showroom to the finished work the experience was first class. The showroom has plenty of parking and the sales lady was very knowledgable and we chose the fire that was desired. She sent their foreman out to double check that the fire would definitely fit in the chimney breast. A schedule was then formed and the guy’s cutting in the new fire made an excellent job with great attention to detail with placing the fire centrally and dead level. The plasterer then came and did a good job leaving us with a short wait before we could prime colour the wall.
