The Fire Shop @ The Pumping Station

Booked to get my fire swept with this company. I had to wait almost a month for the appointment. On the day of the appointment I had a call 5 minutes before they were due to arrive saying they were running approx 30 minutes behind schedule and asked if I'd like to rearrange the appointment. I said "No" as I'd been waiting a month anyway and wanted to start lighting the fire and it needed to be checked. I then had a call stating that they were unable to call that day and I couldn't rebook an appointment at that time as they didn't have their diary, I'd be reconnected the next day. That was over a week ago and they have not tried to reconnect me to book the appointment. I wouldn't even give 1 star but somehow it wont allow me the option not to give at least 1 star. Poor poor customer service.
I will never use this firm again.

I have been to the shop at the pumping station 3 times over the last 2 months and no one was available for me to buy a fire, along with a surround ( due to having no prices on these products) when I asked someone they said , "if no price then I don't know so you cant buy it" !!! This is ridiculous... I went back and asked someone else, they rang the people in charge of the fire place , due they don't work there as they work from the main shop . There was no answer, but no way of leaving a message . So I decided to email them, and message them too.... ( this was last minth) no reply in email and only just had a message back 3 days ago, although it was read a day or 2 after I sent it!? The man said I will read your email tomorrow. Well I am still waiting for a reply I wanted to buy but obviously they don't want you too as they aren't bothered!!! I am now taking my business elsewhere. Don't bother,they aren't!
