Great service from start to finish. From our first in-store visit to speak to Andy to the final installation from Ryan, we had nothing but first class advice and service.
We knew roughly what we wanted for our small fireplace and Andy helped us pick the perfect stove with some great advice to help us decide on the exact set-up. The quote for the stove and the work was very competitive too.
When it came to installation we were not let down either. Some building work was needed to lower the hearth before installing the new hearth, as well as some remedial work to the chimney; all of it was carried out brilliantly. Not only were protective sheets used everywhere in the house but they also cleaned up any mess that was made.
Once the work was complete Ryan came back a day later to test and run through lighting the stove with us.
We have been very happy with everything and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

What a wealth of knowledge. After explaining in great detail, the use of different stoves we were able to choose one that will last our lifetimes for sure.

We did not realise the significance of using just wood, or any other fuel. The importance of not mixing different fuels and what would happen if we did.

Our new stove will be fitted in January, and we are looking forward to it very much.

The most helpful showroom we visited In Wrexham and Chester . We also visited chirk to have a look around another showroom but the staff didn’t want to know. We purchased a Chesneys wood burner which I’ve never heard of before. It’s absolutely fantastic burns extremely hot and the glass stays clean. I would recommend any one Visit this shop even if you don’t buy a log burner. The advice is brilliant and very honest and the stuff they have on display is beautiful. I purchased my first log burner in 2014 from eco operative. I have used this shop every year for my chimney sweep and maintenance and any other advice that I have needed. I have decided to replace my log burner for a new much more environmentally friendly contura stove which I viewed working in the showrrom. I would be happy to reccomend this shop to all my friends and family.

Brilliant service from start to finish! I didnt know what I wanted or what size to get and they couldn't be more helpful! Theres a wide range of choice in the show room to suit everyone's needs. I went for the Chesney 5WS series and heats up my living/kitchen area perfect! Fantastic price and could not be beaten! I got a full package from stove to chimney cowl including all lining and pipework. Could not recommend these guys enough! Thank you

Ryan has just completed sweeping our chimney, there is absolutely no mess during the process and in fact its cleaner than when he arrived. He was friendly, knowledgeable and gave us some good tips for getting the most out of our burner and keeping it working optimally. I would definitely recommend him.
