Very limited display of fires. Had brochures but no more than can be accessed online very disappointed and a waste of a journey

From the moment we walked in the customer service was excellent. Very knowledgeable, we explained what we were after and the team bent over backwards to accommodate. Had a free home visit to make sure what we wanted was achievable. Had a cast iron electric fire, along with a fire surround. Very happy with product, price and the team. Thank you

Good selection of fires and fireplaces but unfortunately didn't have what I was looking for in stock.

Not many fires on show but they can get you more from catalogues, but seems a bit expensive.

Thank you Matt for removing our old gas fire and replacing with a new electric one .Very efficient and polite young man .Delighted

Bought a Dru fire from Keltic Fires six years ago. Was impressed by the the company at the time and how easy it was to communicate with them. Recently, experiencing a problem with the ignition, I gave up trying to get a gas engineer to call out to fix it so went back to the company and spoke to Matt. I was only calling for advice but Matt took it all on board, contacting Dru on my behalf and then calling out to fix it himself! After six years I wasn’t expecting such a service. Thanks, Matt for saving us from a very cold winter - and we shall definitely be using your company when it comes to buying our next fire!
