Excellent service for the installation of our stove. They managed to bring the delivery date forward so we have our fire 2 months early and the installation team were very professional and even sorted out an issue on the roof. Everyone was friendly and helpful, so glad we have places like this locally.

I recently purchased a stove through the Fire and Stove Shop. The whole process from start to finish was a delight. The lady in the showroom took the time to listen to what I wanted in terms of aesthetics, output and size. After taking my email address, she was quick to get in touch with me with a lengthy email full of links to stoves that she would recommend for me, based on our prior conversation. I was kept well informed by the young lady in the showroom, from the ordering of the stove to the payment process and updates on delivery – everything was smooth sailing. Thank you.

Clare and Jamie provide a brilliant and friendly service. Emails returned on the same day,spare parts ordered and ready for pick up within the week. Still waiting for first replies from other shops.

We had a totally positive experience with the Fire and Stove Shop in Brecon. Jamie came and did a survey and quote for the 2 log burners we were looking for. One required some building works, with the removal of a large gas fireplace in a custom-built enclosure. Both quotes were reasonable for the work, and Jamie and Clare's communication was excellent. We had a few delays from the manufacturer - obtaining one of the stoves - but we've now had both installed, and I'm very happy with both. The installation team: Alan, Kevin and Connor were polite, friendly and accomodating. They made best efforts to contain the mess from the building works, and covered absolutely everything, plus cleaned up afterwards. The workmanship was very good, and I can wholeheartedly recommend the entire team, from start to finish!

These guys are brilliant, nothing is too much trouble.
