I would just like to say thank-you for the prompt delivery of logs today to Stainton, it is very much appreciated, especially as we were totally out of logs and your next scheduled visit to Stainton was not until Monday.
It is reassuring to find that there are some businesses that are willing to go that extra mile for customers and deliver excellent customer service.

These logs are really perfect - always good dry hardwood, well seasoned, and provided, as requested, small size - good for our log-burner. Delivery is prompt and efficient - deposited just where we want them - considerate, friendly service. Can highly recommend.

We have tried several different log suppliers over the years but once you have tried TJ Ewbank you will never go anywhere else! From placing your order to having it delivered and burning the logs it’s all hassle free, this last delivery we had was brilliant, the driver placed the dumpy bags exactly where we needed them and even looked in the store for the empty bags! Every bag is full of nice clean logs and are the perfect size etc, there is no scrappy rubbish in the bottom of the bags so no waste to deal with!

Place my first order recently. Wasn't expecting such a speedy response! Got an email the next day arranging delivery. The delivery driver was very pleasant and the bag was dropped off as close to log store as possible. Agree with other comments on the cleanliness of the logs, perfect size and no waste at the bottom of the bag. Really good service and will definitely use again!
