This shop is a little gem! I shopped there last week for birthday decorations and they had everything. I was delighted because I purchased all I required without the need to go to another shop.The gentleman that owns the shop was very helpful, polite and obliging. I have shopped there previously and contrary to what another reviewer has said, I have found the shop owner more than accommodating. I was able to get parking outside the shop and there are side roads close by where parking is available too.

Did last minute firework shopping the night before new year's eve. Wasn't disappointed - this place offers much better selection and price point compared to traditional supermarket chains like Asda for example. Really enjoyed the display, great way to end 2020.

The shop only allowed pick up and followed COVID rules. They even offered masks to customers waiting outside on the queue who didn't wear a mask.

This is my go to card shop. They always have such a great range for every occasion - even for realy specific occasions or for specific relations. Great place for balloons and small gifts too. Owner is a lovely man who is always so helpfull and listens to feedback. They deserve to do well

Been going to this shop for years.

Unfortunately, products are generally over priced and most people visit out of convenience, i.e parking, not on your busy high street and last minute bits.

Owner has no loyalty to regular customers.

Won't be going back.

Had these balloons done for my mother in law. She loved them. This shop is great for having decoration done especially at short notice. Thank you for that. Would recommend this place

I wish I could 0 starts. Zero customer service knowledge from owner. very rude and shouty when presented with a slow puncture ballon 5 minutes after purchase. Without even looking at the ballon to see why it was loosing air, starting blaming us for putting pressure on it. Offered to replace at the end but his incompetence put us off even getting a replacement from him.
