The Schooner

Rotten breakfast! Bacon tasted really cheap, black pudding wasn't very nice. I left most of it which is saying something. Much nicer breakfast in The Saxon Crown.

Their fish and chip was nice and big for a medium size. There was this lady serving there. She kept wiping her hands on her clothes, picked something off the floor and I never saw her wash her hands and she used that same hand to do some cleaning and never washed it before bringing lunch for us. That's why the have got 3 stars from me. There fish and chip was nice.

I went to this place seeing it had good reviews however after seeing the kid burger meal I am very disappointed with it , the burger had no sauce or salad the bun maybe was like 10x the size of the burger and all it had was butter in it. To be fair the chips were quite decent however they only gave you a Capri sun which they almost didn’t give making me have to wait an extra 5 mins with the food in our hand so the service wasn’t great . Overall there are better places in town to get food then here.

Love it! Order here pretty much every week and the little comments we leave about my fussy eating are taken into consideration each and every time. Kebab meat actually has some taste to it! Our favourite! Highly recommend!

Great chippy! Massively recommend their Large Fish and chips! will be re-visiting. Served by a lovely little lad called Jamie.

Had scotch pie and chips. Pies were not nice full of stodge with no taste seemed unauthentic. "Tatty scones" turned out to be potato fritters !!! One star rating for ok chips. If you find yourself in there get out schooner rather than later !!!

My sister and I had cod and chips, sis had curry sauce and I had a glass of water.
The food was freshly cooked and one of the tastiest f & C we had eaten for a long time.
Restaurant was clean, staff were friendly and welcoming.
Definitely recommend The Schooner *****

Schooner cafe post office square in corby is a great cafe when i visit i pop in for fish 🐠 and chips there great, thay make other great meals also great place to dine 5 star 🌟 to the schooner cafe x great staff all so thay look after you well top quality top marks x 👌👍🤝🐠🌟☺️
