Ordered two fish suppers. Absolutely rank. They were all covered in grease 😦 the chips were hard to bite, was like they were put into the fryer for like 5 mins to cook. The batter on the fish was rock solid and far too much on it. Felt like the staff there were trying to rush as the shop was closing in half an hour. My son couldn't even eat the chips, he kept spitting out half chewed chips saying the were too hard. Definitely wouldn't go there again 😞 don't waste ur money

Go here every other week or so.last few times I have visited fish & chips have been really overcooked.Had to cut through batter quite firmly to get through the fish last time I went.They have some new staff recently so I think they must not understand about how long you have to cook it for! Shame really as I have found it to be a good chippy before this.

staff very friendly, my wife and myself enjoy our meals every time. favourite at moment is kebab meat and chips, have also had just about everything from the menu, in the past, haven't had a bad meal yet. also open late, when most chip shops are closed..

Brilliant place. I'm not a local, just working in the area. Fabulous haddock and chips and it's got a 5 star environmental health score, which is top notch. Fish cooked fresh, chips cooked fresh, next to no oil on either. Definitely use this place again.

We have just moved to the area and so we had delivery of fish, chips and pizza. Everything arrived piping hot and delicious, unlike some takeaways!! The menu is extensive and very well cooked. Lovely.

We recently moved from Bispham and we were worried we wouldn't find a great chippy like the Middle Chippy. How wrong we're we. Probably the best Fish and Chips we've ever had.
