The Best Fry

We've bought our fish & chips from Tom at The Best Fry for years now.

We have tried other local chip shops to compare, like King Fry and the one at Queen's Parade shops, both are considerably more expensive but lacking the flavour.

Tom's prices are very reasonable, and we will continue to be patrons for a long time coming.

I have been a customer since they opened.

Best chippy in Gosport! Items are cooked to perfection, great portions and reasonably priced. Owners are pretty ace too - roll on the lockdown finishing, I need another visit.

We came because of the high reviews..The nicest chippy we've had in a very long time. Currently on holiday here and we've tried 3 different chippies (indulgent is acceptable on holiday) The best fry was by far superior. Friendly staff and the freshest fish. The chips were better than our ones in Manchester. My dad loved the peas so much he ate a whole pot of mushy peas on its own Reasonable price and the portions were incredible...was a shame to throw some in the bin but we were beyond full! We wish it was closer to home!!
