Very good fish and chips, served by a friendly lady. Their lunch time special for seniors is a bargain!

Not cheap, but very good quality. You can tell by the queue out of the door. It's a go to place now for fish n chips

Good chip shop we have a few round this way but this one is one of the best very friendly staff.

Pleasant, hard working people running the shop.
The food is cooked to perfection, and the prices have remained the same , even with the current energy situation.

Consistently good. Some places are very hit & miss, but I’ve now been to this fish & chip shop about 5 times now and the food is always fresh. Fish crispy and not greasy and delicious chips. Never tried the other items - so cannot rate those.

My only negative point is the fact that they only accept cash, so I always have to pop to the cash point before visiting which can often be a bother. Nether the less - it’s the best fish and chips shop I’ve come across in Colchester!

I have been here on 4th and 5th of January to get fish and chips and still saying it is open when actually closed. What a waste of petrol

Wish i could give them zero, who in 2021 doesn't take card payment... obvious tax dodge. I was starving hungry after a full day of work, ordered my food to be told it cash only. Pay your taxes and let me use a card you fraudulent a-holes. Very, very unhappy, super hungry and unimpressed by this company. Don't use if you want a company that pays taxes and keeps the NHS going.
