Freshfry

Travelled quite far to try this after reviews and we were not disappointed.
Friendly staff, big crowd (which is always a good sign!) Quick to be seen, although the wait was about 10 minutes (not a problem at all).
Chips were lovely, none of the small crispy bits you usually get in places. Cod was lovely and the batter was fab too!
Mushy peas were good as well.
Would definitely recommend and visit again.

I have lived locally for 35 years and this was the 1st time I have used Fresh Fry.
The staff were very friendly. The cod and chips I bought for two we're cooked fresh whilst I waited.
The fish was very nice and plentiful and I would go back again.

Ever since my 1st visit I have returned many times and each time the food has been excellent, and the service friendly and welcoming.

What’s not to like about this family run business! Not only the best fish and chips around ….. the customer service is so personal. They are thoughtful and kind genuinely concerned about your week ( yes religiously go every week for my regular order) I suggest you go and see for yourselves!

Awful. Won't be going again. Chips were terrible and I can't describe on here what the pukka pie was except to say that it seemed like it had been heated up over and over again it was like cardboard.

The best fish and chips in the area, if not in Surrey! Always fresh, always really tasty. Customer service is wonderful. Price a little expensive, but you get what you pay for. Highly recommended

Now we've discovered Freshfry we won't go anywhere else. The fish is tasty, and very generously sized. And the owners are so friendly and kind.

We have been customers of Fresh Fry since they opened, a good few years now and have never been disappointed. We now live in France, and while they do try their fish and chips are just not the same. So whenever we come over to the UK we always have a lovely fish and chip supper, and their battered sausage is not half bad either. 100% recommended.

This is the codfather of all fish and chip shops! Fresh,tasty and perfectly cooked. The staff are really friendly,professional and down to earth!
