Lowesmoor Fish Bar

Great portion sizes but very greasy. Despite enjoying the food - for the most part - whilst eating it on Monday, I have suffered ever since with an upset stomach and nausea...
It was delivered within the estimated time frame, and the driver was polite; but I can't really recommend them because of how ill I still feel 2 days later... sorry.

Honestly one of the best chip shops around, I had the SFC and Chips and the chips were lovely and fresh, the Chicken was juicy and delicious. The SF rub is to this day, one of the best I have ever had. I have also had their chicken kebab meat as well, a little sweet (could do with a little more spice, but nothing sweet chilli sauce wouldn't sort out) but delicious nether the less. Would definitely recommend this chip shop to all of my family and friends.

If I could give it 0 stars, I would. Customer services has to be the worst I have experienced in many years. I ordered from just eat, for a collection, I picked my order up, drove home to realise that, they had forgotten the chips to one of my meals. So I phoned them up to ask for a refund. But that seems to be where they have lost all manners and common decency! The young woman who answered the phone was trying her best to resolve the issue, however, both a male and a female in the background were shouting extremely loudly saying they hadn't messed up the order, when I read out the order, they soon changed their tune, but still continued to shout and be rather rude in the background, saying I had to come and pick it up, when I explained that I lived in Bromyard, the young woman asked again if they would offer a refund. The man continued to shout at the young lady, when the woman had finished explaining that it was a twenty/thirty minutes drive, he shouted I'll offer one pound refund and that is it. Now that to me in my opinion is fair enough. But there is absolutely NO reason to shout at the young lady or be rude to their customers. I will never be returning to this chippy again, and their staff should leave and go find somewhere that actually respects their workers. It won't be hard to avoid this place, their food is merely ok, nothing special. If you are ever around Bromyard, I'd go to Shun Fats where the people are lovely, always happy to help and actually have taste to their food. Unlike lowesmoor fish bar.

It’s advertised on Google and in the shop window that this chip shop is open 7 days per week till 10:30.

I drove for 6 miles as it’s advertised that it’s open on a Sunday only to find it’s closed.

Good food. Quick delivery. Bit cold on arrival is only real moan we have, but otherwise the food was good.

Had two cheese burgers,never again ,came back to eat them they looked cremated,joke .poor poor food.

Normally order from here and it's usually great ! However having spent 30quid on dinner im sick that I parted with my money ! Fish was dry as were the chips curry sauce tasted odd and 5.90 for the donner meat isnt worth it's money that also was dry and most was cold .... pickled egg was great though 👍

Also ordered a naan kebab, was the same.. no picture :(
