The Best!!

Everything I order at “Sisters”, ranging from the Steak Pie & Chips to the Halloumi Burger is always, fresh, hot and delicious. The staff are always happy and polite, even when they’re snowed under. 👍👍

First time having fish and chips here and one of the best I have tasted and largest portion so far in Lincoln, definitely will be back and there are so many now I wouldn’t order from again after eating from this tasty place! :)

Had a Big Sisters burger. I've managed it but couldn't move for few hours after. Love it! Only 1 small issue - tomato and onion was 3/4-1inch thick. Please... Cut it a little (lot!) more to a thinner slices :)))

I had to order food off just eat because we were running late for bed time for the kids. I did have some missing items on the order but I have to say the girl over the phone definitely handled the problem professionally and helped me get a refund on the missing items. Turned a potentially stressful situation stressless. Employees like yours definitely keep customers coming back even when mistakes are made.

Was looking for traditional cod and chips in Lincoln. I was not disappointed. The batter on the fish was light and crispy and the fish size was generous. The chips were perfectly cooked. This will be my go-to for fish and chips from now on.

This is the 2nd time I've used this place since George left. It's not as good but it's the best Hykeham has.
The service is debatable though as both times I've used Sisters, I've not pre ordered, I've just walked in and placed my order.
On both of these occasions, they were quick to take my order, but then they keep you waiting 20-30 minutes while they prepare all the pre orders (Hence the reason it took me so long to return).
As each new pre order comes in, you can see, right in full view, my order getting left behind again. When all the orders are sorted, they then decided to do mine which gets handed without a smile, thank you, or goodbye.
One of the orders from tonight was a chicken wrap which included cranberry sauce, I'd asked if the cranberry sauce could be left off, but when they eventually got round to serving me, I noticed the cranberry going on the wrap. I immediately mentioned it, and was amazed by the hostile attitude as i was questioned if it was on the order slip, when her colleague said she'd forgot to take it off, she looked as though she wanted to hit someone.
Her colleague apologised to me and said it was her fault as she forgot it.
When this place was first taken over by Sisters, it did seem a friendly place, but now it's just a hostile environment, and unless you pre order, you become invisible once they have your money.

Came tonight and got my kids their tea the food is lovely the only problem is I asked a tiny bit of salt on my daughters food and there was so much put on it she couldn't eat it. We had to just bin it, I really don't have the money to be just binning food. It was such a shame

Had a delivery this evening and very disappointed. The portion sizes were extremely small and the pie had obviously been in microwave. Edges rock hard and cold in middle. Disappointed is an understatement
