Woolsery Fish and Chips

Some excellent, freshly made, fish and chips. We ordered online for pickup, it was easy and quick. Their minted peas and curry sauce are both excellent too!

I was just looking at the menu with my wife and I was extremely disappointed this “chip shop” didn’t have mushy peas or offer a grown up portion of curry sauce. I’ve eaten here before and found it very disappointing. The chips were over cooked and the portion sizes were poor. I would suggest the owners concentrate on being a great coastal fish and chip shop and not a fancy burger bar.

A costal fish and chip shop without mushy peas is fundamentally broken. You can throw your minted peas into the Bristol Channel. Stop trying to be a fancy dancy gourmet restaurant and serve sodding mushy peas. COLESLAW? I can get Coleslaw but not mushy peas? What on earth?

Nice batter, nice fish, very busy so long wait for the order. Nice staff. Slightly expensive.

Not worth the 20 min wait or the price. Bruised damaged potatoes used for the chips and all including the fish batter soggy - Very disappointed ☹️
