Great local fish and chip shop with the freshest fish, the most efficient service and the cleanest take away you have ever seen in your life. Excellent!!!

This place should be Michelin starred to be right, what can I say other than whoever owns it must have meticulous attention to detail because every time without fail the quality of the food and the service is unsurpassed. I'd started to believe there were no really good fish and chip shops in Nottingham anymore but I wish I had found this sooner, tasty is an understatement and you can eat every bit - never any leftovers. Also they serve cold drinks in glass bottles which always tastes better and the background music is through a Sonos system - what more can I say!? Try it and you'll be back again and again 😋

Taking this from a new starter at the UK, you should know how nice this really is.

Cod is reaaaaally fresh and chips are generously served.
Wished the phone would be picked up for reservation every now and then though.
But 10 minutes wait is fair enough for freshly prepared dish.

Fish is amazing, highly rated, but the chips used to be better, tend to be a bit soggy now

Love this place, maybe over price but haddock and cod, you get a big fish well deserved the price and chips cooked to perfection. If you ask for a large portion, you get a Large portion.
The staff are knowledgeable and very helpful.
But one down fall is to do with me being from Manchester area, I like Holland pies and not pukka pies. They have other alternatives like donna kebabs and beefburgers as well.

Great fish and chips! And curry sauce and mushy peas too. High quality, good price, punctual service (pre--ordered by phone).
