Highfield Fish & Chips

Absolute joke. Ordered around 8pm food arrived at 10pm ice cold. Grease dripping from the bag. We rang up and asked if we could have it redelievered, as it look inedible. They said yes it would be sent out so we gave the food back to the driver. After waiting till 11:30 and having two more phone conversations, that in which we were told that the food would be with us shortly. We were told it wasn’t sent as are original food was warm (which it wasn’t) and that we weren’t the only people waiting. I hope you don’t keep every other customer waiting for near 5 hours. And as we have to ring them to get a refund for the food they marked as delivered fine. They have decided to not answer. Joke of a takeaway. AVOID AT ALL COST

I only ever ordered from here loved the pizzas and chips, until they charged me twice. Paid on the app by card, they then claimed it hadnt gone through so paid the driver. Looked at my on line banking and the money had gone out. Called them and they said to talk to my bank. So beware check before you give them money after only using highfield chippy will be finding a different more honest place for takeaway.

Joke despite ordering on many occasions before been waiting over an hour and a half for food to turn up not happy

Ordered numerous times from here. Usually very good .
But will never order again after tonight
Pizzas are supposed to be BOGOF. But you Apparently have to order 2 to get this offer.
Rang the establishment but not very helpful
Unfortunately due to this they will not have any more custom from us !!
Absolutely disappointed for how much it cost

Waited so long for takeaway....arrived dripping in grease so badly that the paper fell through when lifting it out of the bag. Would not recommend at all....

Brilliant service and beaut food yet again, thanku high field

Awful. Food was soaked in grease, chips were soggy and under cooked, burgers buns were wet through. All the food was from frozen supplies and nothing fresh. We all feel poorly as a result. First and last time we will order from here.
