Gold Street Fish Bar

Those who've read my posts before know I'm into my food and coffee so if I say the chips supplied are enough for two I'm not joking. The fish was beautifully cooked with a smooth batter. Mushy peas were tasty as was the curry sauce.

It's ok. Quite expensive for a chippy but the food wasn't bad.
Update in view of reply: I understand that, but for the price the food was mediocre (the pie was really quite dry, the chips could have done with a bit more cooking.)

I want to tell you that I worked in this location for health reasons, I resigned, but I will never forget my wonderful bosses, a wonderful family with a good soul, as I rarely got to know...about food, I tell you honestly, everything is fresh, quality products, despite the high prices, where to buy them, maximum hygiene for a fresh lunch or dinner, go here with confidence, you will be satisfied wonderful people, top quality services. Great freshly made fish and chips and other things

Large Chips, Large Cod, Large battered Sausage, Curry sauce, Tea-Cake (sorry...Bread Roll) and a can of coke. Spotlessly clean, superb quick service, plenty of options on the menu. The best Fish 'N' Chips I've had in a long time. Can't wait to go back next time I'm in the area...👍👍👍
