1. The oil tasted off
2. The fish stuck to the chip paper .. why can't yourselves supply trays with lids?
3. We asked for extra salt and vinegar and the chips tasted sooo bland.. we had to use our own salt serval times and still couldn't taste anything.
4. The food is over priced for the poor quality and portion size
This is the worst chip chop we have ever been to and won't be returning again.
I have been to many..many great fish and chips shop and this is by far the most unsatisfactory experience I have had. The fish was oily and literally glued to the paper which caused all the batter to come off. Also the soggy chips tasted like they have never seen salt or vinegar in their life and like the shop had to put customers on ration with this. I asked for extra salt and vinegar and it's like they gave me a pinch of salt and watered down vinegar. I had to go home and use salt and vinegar. This honestly has to be the worst chip shop I have been too..prices are outrageous being in a wolverhampton housing area not even near the city centre and with such poor quality..not even getting boxes to avoid the issues of fish sticking to the cheap paper they use..it's a rip off..they must be making 400% profit on each sale..scum shop and honestly would recommend to starve rather than eat there. If I could give minus I would. Please do not waste your money!

Went at 1655pm I'm a doner kebab guy really fancied a mixed nan normally ask more doner than rest to be advised by our normal server black hair (wont put her name) theres no doner due to a big order for delivery.
I was speechless as I believed only been open 30 mins to have none of the popular menu item available was unusual and out of character for your great establishment.
I understand how the kebab meat is purchased as I've worked in the industry myself.
I decided against purchasing an alternative item too.
I've heard running out of key menu items mid or later but not virtually when you open.
The other family happy as always so thanks for that.
