Nemo Fish & Chips

Poorly cooked chips, so glad portions were small (I don’t like huge portions), over presented, as such, over priced. I would look elsewhere next time .... should have checked out the reviews first of all!

I have never such poorly cooked chips and over priced fish and chips in my life, I went there today 21.6.22 for fish chips and peas £10.35!!! Disgusting!!!not even any forks you have to pay extra for that aswel,staff very rude would not go there again, I only gave it 1 star because there isn't any less . After coming home and reading the reviews I'm shocked how this place is still running,may I had the staff was rude unhelpful & when I complained about the poorly cooked food the guy there said if you don't like it don't bother coming back..I don't know how you can mess up cooking chips?? They must be the most easiest food to cook yet they managed to mess them up,I would like to know how many times do they cook their chips for them to be so hard!

Ok Ive got to be honest with this one.I never like large amounts of food so allways try and opt for smaller portions.I opted for a cone of chips,which looked value for money and Enough to fill me up when I watched them being handed over to the other customers but when I bought mine,I was asked if I was eating in which I replied yes.So she put them in a small tray.I was a little dissapointed at the small amount I got.I should of stuck with the cone.The chips were beautifully cooked and tasted lovely though,I Will Definately be going back for more next time we are in Llangollen but maybe opt for the bigger portion next time.

Don't see how it's got 5 star rating. However staff are friendly. But wasn't happy with the food. Fish was very oilily and you have to buy a knife and fork to eat in. What's that all about. Won't be going back there again....

Lovely food. I got a sausage dinner with curry, I think I was supposed to get a drink included but never got one but it was OK we had a load in the van. Good size portion and great quality food.
Staff friendly enough.

Greasy chips, greasy fish in an awful batter and it cost £18, leaves a greasy taste in your mouth! For that price never again!

Popped into Nemo for an afternoon fish and chips treat for my birthday. I've not been in before, but I'm so glad I did.... what a beautiful, tasty fish, chips, mushy peas and a pot of gravy it was. It came with a drink of my chose included in the price. £18 for two of us. Pleasant staff, good menu choices. Reasonable pricing. Clean cafe. Customer toilets available. Thank you for a very enjoyable meal. I will defo be going back.

Travelled a long way popped into the shop for fish and chips, staff were not interested, the chips looked yesterdays food heated up they were dry and crunchy, the fish was flat and greasy and tiny and it cost £18 for two meals..... i will not be coming back here again... very disappointed with the food and service
