Chippys Fish Bar

Got there a few minutes before they closed but they accommodated us with 3 🐟 fish and chips 🍟 plus extras. Took them home to eat and they were delicious! Definitely going back before we head back to the Midlands on Saturday! Thanks Skippy! 👍🏾⭐😁

After a real busy week and a long drive here..we stopped for chips...although the staff were very nice less can be said about my very undercooked chips...and what happened to pukka pies.

I love this place, go there every time I go to this area and I am up here at least 2-3 times a year.

It’s a fish and chip shop so don’t expect anything other than this, they do it well and deserve 5 stars. Their chips are great, their fishes are decent sizes and their battered sausages are great to.

There isn’t a lot more you can say, if your in Tywyn then make sure you stop in here one night and save yourself the washing up.

My only gripe and I get its probably a cost thing is they don’t do the cardboard boxes as standard they charge for them and they still do those horrible polystyrene boxes for free, hopefully this will soon change.

Skippys may have been renamed Chippys but it's still first class. Queue was out on to the street when I visited around 7pm Tuesday 25th Oct 2022.

Beautiful fish and chips .We had two fresh cooked fish an chips a jumbo sausage and a tray of batter bits. All lovely clean grease free food you can't ask for better quality than this and served by friendly staff.

On holiday and went here. Lovely friendly young lady served me. The food was delicious. Every chip eaten . Highly recommend xx

Sorry to only give three stars, I asked for two mini fish and chips and a pie on its own, £19.80, will not be going back as Mrs said it should have been about £15. Pity because we enjoyed the meal

Stopped here for two portions of Cod and Chips on Saturday; I certainly wasn’t disappointed.
Lovely tasty cod in glorious batter, with a fair portion of chips.👍
