Capital Fish Bar

First time I went it was the best fish and chips I had ever had.
But I went recently and the chips were dry and the fish didn't taste as good. Did you change the recipe?
Both times were great service and price.

I'm not sure what was more offensive...the cold chips and lumpy gravy or the fact x1 chips and gravy cost me £6.30! I queried the outrageous price with the manager and was told it was a 'cost of living' issue.

Avoid. There are other places that are far better. Albany Fish Bar for one.

Best chippy, highly recommend food was fantastic, warm and delicious. Would definitely order again. Shout out the guys!

Best fish and chips in Cardiff!! Me and my boyfriend go here regularly and always look forward to it. Great quality food and for a good price. The staff are always friendly too.

the food was absolutely delicious, highly recommend!! it’s also nice to have a woman bring your food as it’s usually men, i’m not sure what her name was but she’s lovely and very polite.

Best fish and chips I’ve had in a very long time and cheap prices too

chips: 7 out of 10, not bad. But a little bit soggy after 10 minutes biking to home
Cod: Solid 9.5 out of 10, really crispy outside, and tender inside. Really good
Service: 10 out of 10. I ordered by phone in advance. When I arrived the shop, just perfectly timely got my food. Really good service.
