We’ve been ordering from here for the last 3 years and have never had any bad meals, food is always delivered on time and always warm. I’ve tried most dishes, some I’ve had better tasting dishes in other takeaways but I would score all dishes highly

Always order from this place great food everytime
Ordered food on 31st Dec and we knew it would be busy so Ordered early at around 18.15 after around one hour and half no food so phoned up and was told it had left. Which was fine we knew they was really busy. We was told on placing the order the wait would be 45 mins. So another 20 mins goes bye still no food. Phones up again and spoke to the Chinese lady this time and she says it's about to leave now. So we was lied to on the call before saying it had the food was delivered at 20.15 and we told the driver to take it back didn't want it after being lied to. Why wouldn't you just be honest with customers and tell them in future the wait time is going to be 2 hours

I've given it a 3 star because when I have food there it does taste really good, as well as good value for money. But they really need to change their opening hours on Google. Been there a few times mid week, it's been closed despite online saying its open.

Ming Hong produce fantastic meals for everyone and the food is amazing myself personally I love the pancake rolls its just a brilliant place for meals and the staff are very nice
