Great food great staff

Great local, long established, family owned fish and chip shop offering both take away and (during the day) restaurant service. Good selection of offerings on the menu and in my personal experience, food has always been of good quality and cooked to perfection. Good sized portions which satisfy. Staff are always polite, friendly and make you feel welcome. A real gem in the Rhondda Fach!

Expensive for the portion size. Food was OK. Old lady serving was downright rude to customers. I asked for a bag to put meal inside 3 times. After finishing wrapping my meals , taking my money and handing back my change (which was £10.00 short ) I pointed this out and the need for a bag again, I was shouted at and told I had never asked for a bag ! Won't be using again, easier to go to a normal chippy, be welcomed as a customer & have a stress free, bag of chips 😆
