The best battered sausage I've ever had ! The fish and chips were also amazing. All cooked fresh whilst we waited and wow they didn't disappoint. Look forward to going back 😍

Ok let's start with the good stuff, we went into the restaurant first before being sent to the take away side and it looked very lovely in there.

Despite being very busy the staff were charming professional and good natured.

There were no sausages left but they encouraged my kids to have fishfingers instead which they did and that saved me a potential melt down.

It is for the staff that I didn't give one star.

Now for the less than good. It was genuinely one of the the worst fish and chips I've ever tasted, It was exceptionally busy so maybe that is why as other reviews are very good but the chips tasted old and the skin was thick and hard, it felt like chips that had been cooked once, left for too long and then reheated but that's just speculation, I really have no idea how you do that to a potato.

The fish it's self tasted nice and fresh but the batter was leathery and the taste, although not exactly bad, was just odd, almost like it was made with wholemeal flour.

The kids barely touched theirs and for the sake of not wanting to waste food my wife and I ate about half before giving up.

Again, it was busy but that should not make quality control go completely out the window better to stop serving than serve that.

We had two large F&C portions and two kids portions of fish fingers and chips it cost more than £30.

I understand costs have gone up recently and we were by the sea which always adds a pound or two but at this price I was expecting much better.

Dog friendly takeaway and restaurant. Good location for the beach. Great quality fish and chips, but very expensive (expected for coast resort). Also forgot to put fish in one of our orders for fish and chips... how? (And still charged for the replacement). Waiting area for takeaway was crowded.

Absolutely amazing fish and chips and what better is the fact it's majority gluten free. This is a god send for any one with coeliacs can't recommend this place enough if anyone lives with the disease. Polite staff, little bit pricey but worth every penny and big portions. Will come here again in a heartbeat plus you get to eat on the beach bring a couple of quid change for the carpark that is directly behind the restaurant

Great chips, great vegan gluten free battered sausages. Tried their battered tofu but unfortunately it was chewy and had absolutely no flavour. Batter was soggy.
Hasn’t put me off revisiting but I wouldn’t have the tofu again.

Fantastic fish n’ chips, nice ambiance for dining in, and really lovely staff.

My partner and I went in for a takeaway, and we were impressed by the friendliness of the staff, and the quality of the food.

Can highly recommend the gluten free battered sausage, for any coeliacs and gluten-free folks who’ve not had one in years.

Best chips ever!

These, honestly are the best chips I've ever had. Delicious, fluffy, non greasy, just lovely. In May, me and my boyfriend sat inside for food and just loved it. We've recently been back (twice) for takeaway when re-visiting in October. Friendly staff, really clean and quick service. Really good vegan and vegetarian options too. Would love it if the takeaway menu had some of the options from the full menu but it's still amazing! I'm sure I'll be back again.

Lovely place to go to for lunch after a walk on the beach. Friendly staff, dog friendly, the only thing I’d say is it’s a shame they didn’t do hot drinks, as we all fancied one after the walk and especially for the winter times people normally want a hot drink. But it’s a nice place :)
