Very clean and service is great love getting my chips from there fish is excellent too

I made a small mistake on my order which I realised when I had my delivery. I called them immediately and the owner as usual was lovely. She immediately sent out the item which I wanted but put something else on the order at no extra cost. First class service and always fresh, hot food.

Ordered food by telephone ! Woman on phone stated delivery 1 hour ! After 1 1/2 hours phone to see where delivery was ! They stated food had gone out !then they had lost order ticket ! Stated they would re order and send out later !declined offer had to obtain food somewhere else !

Having been born and grew up in Port Talbot it was good to revisit my hometown.

When I lived in Port Talbot this fish shop was known as "Lens" a man who produced the best fish and chips and was a legend. You can imagine my shock to see such a transformation on a visit after being away for in excess of 35 years ....

The big question was " would it be as good ? " The word disappointment did not even arise. The fish was good, the chips were excellent and the staff so friendly.

Not sure if Len is still around but if he is he would be proud of the transformation as his customers are I am sure of the change ....pleased with the product ? you bet I am !! !!
