Ordered Cod chips, cod batter was still sticky as not cooked through, no visible EHO check. Most likely failed.

They had attitude even though 3 people in the queue said look it’s watery batter.

Needs shutting for a revamp.

Price as expected for something further out.

Best avoid

Really friendly people here, and everything you need for the beach. Great fish and chips and ice cream too. Highly recommend.

Free parking for upto an hour. We had breakfast buns tea and coffee sat out on benches, they also sell fish chips pies ect. plus bucket and spades ect. Tarmac parking suitable for the disabled and dog friendly. All day parking across the road for £6 with public toilets.

Very disappointing. As we were camping in the area, I had researched chip shops with gluten free options for my coeliac daughter. After a lovely day at the beach with friends, I was very disappointed to be told by the person serving that the chips “that day” were not gluten free.

Friendly staff, they have fish n chips, pies and ice cream as well as snacks and souvenirs. I had the leek and potato pie and chips and was really delish. Unfortunately the ice cream was ok.

Bit pricey, but expected as the only shop/fast food place next to a beach. Was sad to see there were no fried breakfasts, considering someone told us to go there for one, and it’s bragged about on their website and on google! We had to settle for a breakfast baguette, which was sausage, egg and bacon, but this was big and pretty good. Good for a quick stop off and was just round the corner, walking distance.
