Chan's Fish and Chips

Excellent value for money . Two starters, two main meals and prawn crackers for less than £19. Really tasty food and good sized portions, enough left for tomorrow's lunch.

When thinking of words to best summarise the culinary experience I had eating the food from this restaurant, the most appropriate I could come up with was bleak, very very bleak. The curry tasted really bad and had the consistency of slim, spring rolls were greasy rolls of pastry without filling and the prawn cracker tasted like old frying oil. There is a nice cafe called swellies down the road, they sell takeaway pizzas, maybe consider going there instead?

Surprisingly good Chinese and not bad fish and chips ( with curry sauce ). Reminds me of my local take aways growing up in the North of England, and its always a stop on the itinerary when we visit Y Felinheli.

Only been once, during a stay in the town. The Fish and Chips were very nice and the portions were a decent size. The staff were very pleasant as well.

We came to Y Felinheli for a week's holiday and the quality and variety of food at this takeaway was so good, we ate from here every night apart from the Wednesday when they close. My parents enjoyed their Chinese meals from here too. We tried the chip shop and Chinese meals, both were excellent. The service was very polite and our meals were ready within 15 sometimes even 10 minutes. Highly recommend anyone trying this place. Can't fault anything. Very good value too.

Wow delish fish and chips with salt and pepper.. great curry sauce and fresh tasty mushy peas. Would highly reccomend. Will be back☺

On holiday locally and found Chan's on a Google search. Ordered the food online and picked it up. The food was very good, well prepared and good sized portions. The young lady at front of house was efficient and friendly. Thank you.
