Excellent fish and chips, efficient and courteous staff. Freshly cooked and crispy. Will certainly go there again.

Normally would give a good review as food always really tasty but- this is the second time I've been to go there, got there and its shut even though on Internet is stating its open on a Wed! Cmon Ted West, What's going on? Not good when you've just driven 3 miles across town to get there. There should be an answer machine stating you were shut as we tried to call before setting off. Disappointed 😞

Always great fish and chips

The fish and chips were superb and I highly recommend. Chips were perfect texture and taste, fish batter was light with meaty delicious cod. Fred wests is top notch!

Good food, reasonably priced, nice staff...

In all the years I have bought fish and chips from Ted West I have never had anything other than a fabulous meal. The batter on the fish is so light and tasty it has ruined it for me to go anywhere else. A seriously old time chippy which is hard to beat.

Always great food .Fish brilliantly cooked .Lovely chips Like that you can ring through your order ,especially now it's getting colder .Much better than waiting outside .
