Sam's Fish & Chips

Absolutely disgusting I ordered chicken strips in a wrap the chicken was so old and tasted reheated many times over. The donor kebab was off and very salty. Phoned to complain and got nothing but abuse from them before they hung up. They don't care what they send out even the cat turned up his nose.

Use to be great, had an off piece of rock for first time a month ago. Tried again as it use to be so good but got another piece of fish that smelt & tasted rotten. Will never go back again. Standards have dropped. Avoid

We placed an order online via foodhub and we never got it. We ordered it at 8pm and I had to keep contacting them this was after an hour and half and they were closed yet happy to take our money. My boyfriend got through to them and told them they had no order which is a lie as foodhub contacted them and told us our food was being delivered! The man at the shop said we couldn't get our money back either which we will be taking it further. Terrible and appalling customer service will not be using again. Starving and nothing!

The worst fish and chips I've ever had! Waited two hours for poor quality food and zero customer service. The chicken was so soggy the bottom of the box fell out! Never one to complain but honestly shocking, can't believe it was even sent out for delivery!! I'd give 0 stars if I could!

First time I have used this shop and I will certainly be using it again. Food was delicious, delivery was fast .I give it 100%

Very friendly staff. Honestly, one of the best fish and chips I've ever had. So happy to have found this place. Didn't expect the size of the portion. It was fresh, enormous and the price was very good. The fish we got didn't fit on the plate. Go get some fish & chips!

I was very disappointed with my order. I ordered lamb shish,only to watch them fry it on a burger plate. It shows then on their flyer that it is on the charcoal. The taste was shocking; if I did not live too far out, I would've taken it back and demanded a refund.
