Had no idea this was a Marco Pierre White restaurant until I got there. Ordered a cod and chips for takeaway and it was very good and it came with all the accompaniments too: tartare sauce, mushy peas, mini jars of ketchup and sachets of mayo and vinegar. Amazing!

So disappointing. Booked for dinner, nice venue, terrible service, tables not cleared despite only 2 groups in including mine.

Food, just average Fish and Chips, nothing special and definitely not justifying the price. My kids burger looked like someone had already had a bite!

Marco! When was the last time you were here. I’d be embarrassed to put my name to it.

It's been decorated up a bit more from the standard coffee shop it once was. It's no Starbucks though .. But does serve Starbucks coffee. Fish n chips is £10 in case you're wondering. It's a Marco Pierre White place so if you know anything about his other places, it's on par with those ..ie. generally rubbish and your paying more for his name (although I can't think why!) I just had basic coffee and cake which was fine and not outrageous in price. Service was good.

Worst Fish and Chips I've had in a long time. Expected so much more, especially with Marco Pierre White putting his brand name to it. Chips were hard and tasted old and the fish lacked freshness. It is a good location with a mini Starbucks inside and staff were really friendly and polite. Just need the basic fish and chips to be right. I recommend for now, just try one of the other local places if visiting Dover.

I love this place.
Perfect fish and chips served with mushy peas, bread and butter and a cup of tea for just £10.

We sat by the window so we're able to look out towards the sea. That's something special.

Fairly decent fish and chips beside the Dover seaside. It’s more or less what you expect fish and chips should be. I also really liked the scampi.

Don’t order the onion rings, save your money!

Surprisingly, a very good fish & chip place. Service is a bit slow - it’s not a fast traditional chippy - it’s basically a restaurant. But the fish n chips were of good quality

If you want a proper traditional ‘chippy’ experience, this is not it. But this is a very good place to eat fish n chips plus it’s by the sea. Fish and chips always taste better when you can see the sea 😀

The fish was tasty and the prawn cocktail had an amazing cocktail sauce. I was disappointed with the calamari and the chips. The calamari was bland, the batter was flaky falling off easily and tasted like eating rubber bands (I’ve had much tastier calamari). The chips were a hard texture, not soft from inside as I was expecting it to be. Chilled atmosphere and staff are lovely.
