Good fish and chips very tasty. Not a big fan of the gravy as it's slightly watery and didn't taste like a chip ship gravy. Otherwise very good and nice seating area.

Fantastic to sit in and have a proper chippy dinner. £8.50 is good value and high quality tasty food. Service was good.

Lovely restaurant/takeaway spotlessly clean. Great food at reasonable prices. Friendly staff. Will look forward to our next visit.

We always pop in to the Pepper Street Fryer everytime we visit Nantwich. On today's visit only one young lady taking orders, rushed off her feet. The person that brought the order to the table was rude and abrupt. We explained we ordered curry sauce in a pot but they arrived all over the chips. She replaced them but told us next time you order make sure we request the curry sauce in a pot, we did request that. Just unnecessarily rude. Waitress who took our order lovely and apologetic, shame as this is our first bad experience. Can't fault the food.

Had fish chips and mushy peas. Good price and food excellent. Only negative was tables too close together

Absolutely love it here. Takes me back to the days where we would meet dad here when he used to work in Nantwich for a lunch break. Lovely food and service! Can't wait to come back and always make a B-line for it whenever I go into Nantwich at a time where I need food. Well done!

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!
Terrible!! I liked it here many years ago but its gone hugely downhill.Had a very rude experience from the foreign chap who appears to bully anyone who may have a criticism or query.I havent been back in a while and never i missed it.Go to the chippy behind the market near the bus terminus, the food is lovely and you'll get polite fast service!
I personally avoid leaving bad feedback, but this is well deserved for sheer rudeness received!
