Libo's Fish & Chip Shop

Overpriced and small portions. Burger and chips. Why is it battered and not in a bun? Rock hard scampi, dry chips and a runny curry sauce. All this for £15.10! Glad I had some bread indoors.

Stopped off for a bite on the way home, had a fish supper and it was lovely. Fresh and real crispy batter. Lovely

We tried Libo's for the first time after hearing from friends that their fish n chips were very good. They were spot on. It was delicious. The fish batter was perfect and the chips were excellent. 10/10 all round. We will definitely be back 🙂

Staying at Ballmeadowside and decided on a wee drive to get a fish supper.....boy we were not disappointed hubby got large and i got medium....hate greasy food and this was NOT greasy at all, it was sooooo tasty portion size was unreal both chips and fish were absolutely delicious we both thourghly enjoyed it..definitely value for money

Without asking for 3 large fish suppers, we we charged for them. The portions were no more than medium - one comprised of 2 small fish portions. All had horrible thick chewy batter, tasteless fish and undercooked chips. Came away as a visitor to Cupar thinking that I had been ripped off by either the lady server or fish shop policy towards strangers.

The young lad serving is the best salt & vinegar server ever. He first fills the box with chips then applies S&V. He then puts in the fish and then applies another dose of S-V. Perfectly dressed fish and chips.

Food was hot and fresh. Staff were amazing and the food came out quick. I had the fish supper and the portion size was amazing! Had the curry sauce with it and it was so good! Will come back again for sure!

I really enjoy the food from here, and the hot 🔥 poppers are lovely. Quick service, although I'd ring ahead if you're getting something around 6pm.
