Binas

This fish & chip shop is the best! I always have fish and chips or sausage in batter from here and it’s always lovely. Today I opted for the chicken curry with half & half and man oh man it doesn’t disappoint! Hot, fresh and really tasty! Big chunks of chicken (from the ones roasting in the window I guess) Have to try the madras next. Really good food!

Traveled from Kent(Aug2021) , so please we came across this great place. Will definitely stop there again in and out of Wales on this years holiday to Wales . 5 stars definitely!

Very dissappointed in the food since its been taken over,last 2 orders have been chips under cooked and sausage n batter very hard thought we'd give them another chance as they local but think its time too look else where

disgusting food. the fat smelly one who works there goes to the toilet without washing his hands and goes out the front and smokes and comes back in and handles food. such a shame. used to love going in there. never again,. you should have never ever let people like that ruin your once great chip shop. also speaking Indian and laughing at people who go in there shop. he's lucky he hasn't had his food chucked back in his face or punched, much rather go to the one up the gaer now!

Initially ordered a delivery through Just Eat. An hour or so went by and nothing was delivered which is unusual for Binas as they are usually very quick. I rang and was advised that the food had been prepared and had been ready for collection by a Just Eat driver. No driver had been assigned to the collection/delivery by Just Eat or that local Just Eat drivers weren't accepting the order.

As a considerable amount of time had passed, the restaurant had binned the food. They had no way of contacting me but upon me calling to enquire what was going on, the owner advised that he would make the order up again and deliver it to me himself as soon as possible.

I cancelled the existing Just Eat order and received an immediate refund. The food was delivered within ten minutes by the owner who was a great guy - friendly and very apologetic even through the fault laid directly with Just Eat. He went above and beyond to ensure that the error made by Just Eat was rectified and that Binas didn't receive negative feedback as it was not their fault - 10/10 in my book!

The food was hot and tasty as usual with Binas. Will be using again.

The cleanest, most hygienic looking chippy. The food was expertly cooked by a friendly old chap. The fish and chips were fresh and tasty.
