Arvonia Fish & Chips

Waiting patiently in the queue today, and an old local guy just walks in and gets served before me, taking the last fish, so I had to wait even longer.
(Edit)... The owner spotted the local welsh guy, ahead of everyone, and despite there being eight people in the queue, he put that fish into the corner of the drainer, and then told the girl serving at the till, that it was his fish. You obviously give preferential treatment to the local people, so I will gladly take my custom elsewhere! 😂

The food was great between us we had chips cheese and gravy, chips and gravy sausage and the normal not spicy curry it was very good we just ate at the back bar as the seating area wasnt open the staff seemed nice enough though but just knocked 1 star off as they was speaking welsh in front off us what made it felt awkward and rude especially because they can speak english it wasnt just a little bit it was all the way through dining there I understand Im in there country too and thats their language but time and place comes too mind.

Good find whilst looking for fish and chips, friendly staff and quick service (depending on what menu item you are buying) price was as expected for the area but the quality was worth the price. Fish was nicely battered and the chips were just right. Definitely on my go to list for the next time I'm around.

Came here for Saturday night fish and chips. Don't be alarmed as everyone spoke Welsh as first language, but the fish and chips tasted great. It was takeaway only as they didn't have enough staff to run the restaurant side.

Good food bit after going ten miles off my journey to get food showing open on Google maps it was closed. Disappointed you need to update Google maps with correct info or you will loose bissness.
