The food itself isn't bad the fact I found a HAIR in my food is. Also to mention that I found a safety pin in my food a few years ago.

Disgusting all round experience. I payed nearly £15 for a bag of chips, sausage, bread roll and gravy, which never showed up. I rang the restaurant when my order was over an hour late. The woman who answered was an absolute disgrace, foul mouthed and as ill mannered as they come, telling me there is nothing they can do, nor can they refund or get hold of the driver in any way. She gave me a load of abuse and then hung up the phone. Telling me how hard her job is. I rang back and asked if I could speak to the manager Louis, her reply "my manager is not her, so there's nothing you can do is there" hung up again. Absolute rip off. Horrible people, they should be ashamed of themselves.

Ordered through Just Eat originally, they didn't turn up so I collected. Very friendly staffing a very clean environment, will definitely return

Lovely food but is a shame the owners wife is so miserable towards customers

Have loved ordering my chicken strips and chips up until now. Hence the 4 star not the 5 star rating. Now they have changed to these cheap strips with barely any chicken on them. Hoping this is temporary but twice in a week I've had the swmd cheap strips which is very disappointing when it arrives

On Saturday me and my family visited for lunch and Louise one of the staff had a attitude with us saying stuff about my family when I was in the queue I don't know why because she don't even know us. Long time before it arrived when Food arrived it was lukewarm really disspointed

Good food and affordable prices. Prefer to eat in than order online. Lotus cheesecake is good too.

Fantastic food, very cheap prices, friendly staff. Everything is good unless there is a queue.
Highly recommended.
Cream cakes, sweets, drinks, hot food, deserts all here.
I've never eaten in, always take out so can't comment on the table service.
