The place has a great menu and is extremely clean. We wanted something as simple as sausage and chips as we were passing through from Rhyl. The chips were cooked fresh but were unbelievably greasy. All we could taste was the fatty oil that they were cooked in. It left three members of the family feeling quite sick, and the sausages were no better really. The place is marketed and priced at the premium end of the scale, and unfortunately we were really disappointed that they weren’t serving up premium products. I’m sure some of their other food is really nice, and the staff were brilliant, but in my opinion they haven’t got their staple products tasting right.

On holiday for the week and called in for fish and chips. We all commented that it was the best we'd all had and we live near Fleetwood where chip shops are of plenty. Called in a second time but a mistake was made with my order. It was a simple mistake and the shop couldn't do enough to rectify the mistake. Again the food was excellent. Lovely people, lovely food and would always recommend this shop. It's a pleasure to get such a professional service. 5 massive stars from us. Thank you.

Loved the battered cod and the chips. Portion sizes were generous and we were pleasantly surprised by the friendly and efficient customer service. Bonus: There are a few parking spaces right in front of the shop.

Not open. Online still allowing orders and when you go to collect it's obvious no-one is working. You get a message about 15 mins after ordering saying they are very busy and that your order will very refunded after 3-5 days.

Very tasty not greasy crisp and wrapped well kept so nice til got home. Big portions had to leave some, guess what tasted brilliant even reheated, what other chip shop can you say about that? Haven't been having a chippy tea for ages but now I've found them yay will definitely go there xx

Absolute joke of a place. Food arrived stone cold and was offered a refund, GREAT! However this refund still hasn’t gone in and just get fobbed off every time you ring if it takes 3-5 days. 7 days later

Always amazing fish from here and even if google maps says its closed just check it out to see if its open. I went to Wales on a Sunday and on the way home we was looking for a nice place to eat google maps said it was closed but I still went to see for myself and it was open, I told the staff in the chippy about google saying it was closed. Hopefully they can sort it and not loose any business because of an error.
