Where do I start absolutely great service from start to finish. It is so refreshing in this day and age to come across such a great company with a great ethos . The experience and the quality of the Koi were amazing Adam Byer is great to deal with and the personal touch was the icing on the cake. I would recommend that anyone purchasing from Adam and his Family will not be disappointed. SUPERB.

Exceptional value for money UK bred koi from Japanese parents. 100% worth a visit, it will not disappoint, that much so, this is the second year arranging a grow and show for my online community of like minded koi keepers.

Received a beautiful Gin Gin Shiro Utsuri by courier this morning. From point of purchase on line to the opening of the box at home was seamless. What's great for me is that the communication at every stage is simply superb. Make you feel in safe hands. And the quality of packaging in transit was so good to see. More importantly perhaps they seem to really care about the koi and the customer journey.

Just returned home with a beautiful Kohaku born and raised at the Byer koi farm. Spent an amazing hour with Adam who gave me a tour of his establishment ( despite the heavy rain). I received a warm welcome and plenty of advise and tips about getting the best from my new pond. Fantastic fish some one to one time that I’ve not experienced in any other koi outlet. It was well worth the journey and I will be returning in the new year.
