Fairly well equipped gym, but missing a few key pieces of kit. Glute/ham raise (reverse hyperextention bench) being one! Better heavy bags & finding a more secure way to hang them needs to be looked at. Apart from that it fulfills my needs, from a commercial gym.

Very worse experience just joined ut because was easy to commute but didn't like it as was lack of space compare to pure gym. As i bought the membership online wasn't sure how is it inside but i went there after a couple of weeks of joining due to self isolation i didn't like it at all. I contacted them to cancel the membership but they didn't make any refund as i just went there at once. This way it looks like they ripping you off because it doesn't worth to go to a gym which looks like a box room full of stuff i would not recommend even it would be for free. Really poor service not helpful at all 👎

Great team and manageress. Really helpful and supportive. CANT wait for the sauna to open again.

Loads of equipment, have a women’s only room, always busy- sometimes waiting 10 mins for an equipment if in peak times. Large car park, have to pay £5 for a day pass just to visit the gym which is a bit silly. Code needed to get in and out.

The Gym-The Gym Group... One of the finest gym in Britain with huge number of machines and equipments (with Sauna). Very friendly staff members. Reasonable membership fee. Plenty car parking available.

The gym has been closed for maintenance, but the same machines are still broke, The black mould in the showers are still their, The shower heads need a good clean also.There is a sauna but it's never open. Other than that it's a good gym for the price.

I have been to quite a few Gym Group premises over the years. This one set in the side of PNE stadium is the best. With loads of space and machines and friendly knowledgeable staff. The monthly rate can't be beat and if the mood takes you, you can walk around Moor Park on your way home sucking on an orange or two.
