I love the dance classes with Aaron on Wednesdays they are so loud and fast, that you out buzzing.Dean is my favourite trainer because he always manages to push me past my comfort zone. The whole team is just fantastic even jen in the office is always available for questions with a smile.
Everyone is individual, all different fitness levels but all made to feel as part of a team!
Ben the owner is real, has integrity, Joe is a brilliant trainer!
Thanks guys, I’m loving it!! Highly recommend!!!
If your looking to make a change then make the 📞 call. These guys are amazing and clients they have is like a big family.
This is best transformation journey I've been on which works with great results.
I do believe it's under new management now so maybe its got better.
I only used this gym for a month.
I have a condition called Ankylosing Spondylitis and it effects my spine as well as other joints and I wanted to get fitter and slow down the effects of my condition.
When i told the manager at the time about this and explain I didn't want to lose weight just get stronger well did he listen, research or relay this to the personal trainers? NOPE, I did mention it myself but nobody really listened or seemed to take it seriously.
On session they had me lifting weight way to heavy I voiced that at the time and was ignored, so I said to the trainer is my back meant to be hurting this much and he changed task.
After that session I had quite severe back pain!
The manager at the time over charged me and then flat out ignored me after I called him to advise of the mistake, he agreed I had been over charged said he would rectify this but never did and literally ignored every call and text I sent after.
Luckily I have a great bank and they recovered the money for me.
But the worst thing was the back pain it went on for weeks after I was in absolute agony. I managed to get an emergency appointment with my Rheumatologist. I was informed that I had slipped a disk in my back!
All because these people lacked the skill to listen to there clients needs and understand not everyone is at the same level or can starting lifting heavy weights without actual working on core strength and flexibility first.
