Just did our first class. My 8 month old oliver loved it! And he usually whinges all day long so very pleased he liked watching it all. I don't even really like exercise but I actually enjoyed the class and worked up a sweat. Heidi makes it fun and it's a great way to meet other mums while getting those endorphins up. Thankyou so much. Wish I'd started a bit sooner.
