I never had much confidence in my own ability when it came to fitness and training but Keith completely changed that! Training with Keith is always fun and positive where everyone is encouraged to achieve their potential.
Keith's constant upbeat personality is exactly what you need after a long day at work and is very effective at motivating you to keep going.

I personally love being in a small group as this makes you feel less under the spotlight and you form a real bond with the others so they help to motivate you through challenging workouts.

Keith's groups are for people of all ages, shapes and sizes and for people with a range of different goals. Keith caters for everyone and his ability to multitask is outstanding!

I am a keen footballer on the wrong side of 60 years of age but thought my playing days were over a couple of years ago when I suffered a recurrent calf strain. I visited a couple of private physios who would massage the area which would help in the short term, but after a few weeks I was in pain again.
Fortunately, I heard about Keith Tucker from someone he had helped and decided to give him a try. I was desperate at this stage. Straightaway Keith’s approach was different from that of the other physios. Rather than just treat the symptom he was able to identify the underlying cause of my injury. After just 3 sessions with Keith I was able to resume playing 5-a-side again. He designed an exercise regime for me which I do on for 10 minutes daily.
Two years and 300+ goals down the line I am playing football at least once a week together with tennis every weekend. Not only am I free from pain, but Keith’s treatment and exercise programme has also greatly increased my mobility so my sporting performance and general fitness has also improved.
I would recommend Keith unreservedly. He really understands the importance of fixing people long term to enable them to lead a healthier life and to continue pursuing their sporting dreams.

I go to see Keith from time to time to sort out my shoulders and lower back which I typically injure from weight-lifting (forget to 'block') and/or incorrect positioning of hands for press ups).

His therapy is different because he practices Applied Movement Neurology. He speeds up my healing, sometimes in as little as 1-2 sessions (depending on the level of injury). We all want to go back to our active lifestyles so going to Keith fits in with that mindset.

I should add that he's great for a laugh too so even though the session may be painful, it's fun at the same time. The immediate increase in range of motion never fails to surprise me - including today's session. And if you ask nicely, you can get a hug too (Keith - you owe me one)!

Worked with Keith to improve overall fitness, which has come on leaps and bounds. Keith has so much energy that even if you are a bit tired at the start of a session...however tough it is, you feel energised afterwards. What I really value is the holistic approach including diet and treatments for muscles & aches that helps you make the most of every training session.

Both myself and my wife went for different skeletal joint problems and we both improved vastly after a few sessions.
