These guys are amazing! The support they offer with coaching is really good. Jack is always on hand for any questions. The gyms are fab too, as a woman I feel really comfortable lifting weights which I’ve never had before 😊

I’ve found FWX to be amazing. I did online coaching with Jack due to being very unconfident and pretty clueless in the gym, he was super supportive and motivating throughout. I’m now more confident in the exercises I do and actually look forward to getting in the gym! There’s a real sense of community and the team are always on hand to help. Highly recommend 🙌🏻

We've adapted my training around injuries and a few weekend trips away and still kept the weight shifting off. Even in lockdown with linited equipment, I've felt the workouts more!
The diet isn't a boring diet or with no carbs! Its a nice, fun and easy diet to follow. Quick to cook and easy to follow.
The workouts have been easy to follow using the new app! Nicer way to track how well I'm progressing, plus if your a beginner to the gym they have videos to explain what the exercise is if your unsure. Along with Jack being available to message via WhatsApp.
We've adapted the workouts and programs to what I've wanted to achieve and every week is amazing to see more progress towards that.
Weekly check ins have been quality. Keeps everything in order and if were making changes to the following week its outlined in the video to me.
If your thinking about a PT, 100% use one of the team at FWX. The investment into yourself is worth every penny. I know I've missed loads off thats included but pop in or give them a call or even a message on social media like I did. You won't regret it!

The equipment is awesome, utilised the space brilliantly as they do in all the FWX venues. Jack and the fitness work team have put loads of work in to make this a clean professional setup but keeping the tone of the grit and raw feel that FWX is about.

Absolutely BRILLIANT, Craig, Joe, Ellie & Owners are absolutely AWESOME. They show you the moves and the correct if you are not doing properly to get the most benefit from the excercise. Highly recommended.
