This is my local gym. Friendly staff and very laid back atmosphere. Only small pool but otherwise good equipment. Few kids so relaxed adult atmosphere.

This is a friendly well established gym and physio clinic. I have come here because I'm having treatment for an injury to my back and chest. I have received first class treatment from the physio clinic. Which has been linked to the gym with a personal trainer to help me recover by giving me a program which has been designed by liaising with the physio department.🤓

Brilliant gym at a very reasonable price. A good range of equipment and classes. Would highly recommend Laura's and Carla's classes..... they really motivate and push you. I've seen amazing results in the last year but you only get out of it what you put in!

Unlike other gyms in the area there's plenty of equipment; the classes are free with membership & there are generally plenty of spaces!
Swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi & AWESOME FREE WEIGHTS AREA. Very reasonable prices & lots included in your membership'

Added to this a large 'Women only' dedicated private area for females with plenty of equipment., lifestyle / diet advice from professional staff and LGBTQ Friendly as ALL are welcome.

Good variety of facilities and well sticked gym

One of very few spa/gyms I've been too that has pro body building equipment. They have a Nautilus lat pull down machine which you will never see at a chain gym (this was one of the machines that Dorian Yates used to get imo the best ever back in body building history). The pool/hot tub area has a tropical feel to it. The changing rooms are huge for the size of the complex. The free weights area downstairs, upstairs cardio/machine and Matt area equates to quite a large gym area. Very impressive family run establishment and it makes the chain gyms look like they haven't got a clue what their doing

Some staff are very friendly but the gym itself is a health and safety nightmare. Children run riot, parents uninterested or screaming at them and staff are unwilling or unable to do anything. There are also a lot of cracked tiles, mould in the showers, showers are often cold. Pieces of equipment can sit broken for weeks, even months. And the place needs a massive overhaul.
