I started with Joani a long time ago, maybe 13 years plus, back when classes first started.
I would be completely lost without her classes, it is most definitely my only happy hour of the week, you can leave life and daily struggles behind for an hour and relax, have fun, be surrounded by fun and like minded people.
Joani is always wanting to learn more in various field's to help benefit her class members.
My fitness levels have improved and made some amazing friends along the way.
I would thoroughly recommend any of her classes which cater for all levels of fitness, capabilities and ages. You will definitely leave her classes sweaty, smiling and wanting more

I’ve been attending Joani’s classes for 5 to 10 years now, having started her Zumba classes in her early days as a teacher and thoroughly enjoy them all….
The sparkling new website is easily accessible and help with I.T. problems has been really appreciated.
Zumba Fitness is a really fun class for all, whether you are looking for a good workout or just want to enjoy the music and dancing at your own pace.

I took my almost 90 year old mother for some support and advice.(However I would recommend Joani for any professional and practical support/advice at any age!)
As ever,Joani was thorough, knowledgeable and caring.
We now have some exercises that we can do at home which I believe will keep Mum walking for longer.
Far better than paying a fortune for private health -care elsewhere in my opinion.
Her classes and expertise are second to none & I never leave a class without a smile on my face.
As a powerwalker her pilates and yoga classes as well as cardio in bootcamp and Zumba help my training and are an absolute bonus on my marathon and ultra marathon events
