Classes run by Joani St Cliere at Essex Health & Fitness in Maldon are without a doubt amazing, Joani has endless knowledge, her expertise are superb and she has such passion, energy and enthusiasm.
I started with Joani a long time ago, maybe 13 years plus, back when classes first started.
I would be completely lost without her classes, it is most definitely my only happy hour of the week, you can leave life and daily struggles behind for an hour and relax, have fun, be surrounded by fun and like minded people.
Joani is always wanting to learn more in various field's to help benefit her class members.
My fitness levels have improved and made some amazing friends along the way.
I would thoroughly recommend any of her classes which cater for all levels of fitness, capabilities and ages. You will definitely leave her classes sweaty, smiling and wanting more

I thoroughly enjoy my zumba classes with Joani every Tuesday evenings! I always feel like I'm working out my whole body whilst doing something I absolutely enjoy. I am always so happy during the class and it contributes positively to my mental health. I love that there are various women from different age groups and backgrounds on different levels and it's so fun! We don't take ourselves too seriously and you don't have to be the perfect dancer. More importantly, Joani is so professional yet has such great energy which is infectious. Highly recommend!

I’ve been attending Joani’s Pilates class and I can categorically say they in the 4 to 5 weeks that I’ve been doing it, I’ve noticed a significant benefit to my body. Joani explains EVERY move with such clarity and as she’s a Fully trained Physio, I feel that my body is in safe hands in anyone of her classes…
I’ve been attending Joani’s classes for 5 to 10 years now, having started her Zumba classes in her early days as a teacher and thoroughly enjoy them all….

Joani's impressive qualifications and excellent teaching skills provide a challenging but safe and thoroughly enjoyable Pilates experience, whether attending classes or accessing online.
The sparkling new website is easily accessible and help with I.T. problems has been really appreciated.
Zumba Fitness is a really fun class for all, whether you are looking for a good workout or just want to enjoy the music and dancing at your own pace.

What a personal, professional and motivating session we had with Joani yesterday!😊
I took my almost 90 year old mother for some support and advice.(However I would recommend Joani for any professional and practical support/advice at any age!)
As ever,Joani was thorough, knowledgeable and caring.
We now have some exercises that we can do at home which I believe will keep Mum walking for longer.
Far better than paying a fortune for private health -care elsewhere in my opinion.

Joani has a wealth of information which she imparts during classes in an informative and understandable way.
Her classes and expertise are second to none & I never leave a class without a smile on my face.
As a powerwalker her pilates and yoga classes as well as cardio in bootcamp and Zumba help my training and are an absolute bonus on my marathon and ultra marathon events

Yoga with Joani has become a staple in my life now for the last 20yrs. Joani not only provides excellent classes but brings a wealth of knowledge to the classes to help everyone as a whole & individually.

Fabulous range of classes in halls or on-line led by an experienced fully insured instructor, Joani, who makes all types of exercise fun. Suitable for all abilities and ages with modifications. Would absolutely recommend. It will lift your mood and benefit your health.
