Everlast Gyms - Rugby

Recently refurbished so all in good order. No personal trainers but then it's cheap so I'm not bothered about that. Classes, pool and saunas too.
Can't go wrong for the money (£20 per month at the time of writing).

Changing rooms could do with a refresh though...Still good value membership though.

Rude Staff, happy to take your money but not respond to any communication. Denied friend pass on premium membership. Me and my partner will never ever return to this gym. Also the steam room is hardly ever in working order anyway, hahaha.

Value for money it's great but there are some issues with any budget gym. Some things were broken and not fixed for a long time. Yesterday there was no paper towels to wipe the machine's down. There is a variety of machine's but only 1 of each (row, weights,etc) so when it's busy it's a bit crowded. There is a women's only section and a mixed gym. The classes are good and free but the ones that are on are usually fully booked so you may struggle to get in. There are free family swim sessions on certain days which is good but can be busy. If your planning on joining go at the time you are likely to go yourself to see how busy it is before you join. All of the staff are friendly and happy to show you how to use the gym equipment. excellent gym with a great swimming pool. the only flaw is that for under 16s they have enforced a new rule that you are not allowed to use free weights which is a bad idea. maybe the gym should make us sign a form so that we we are responsible for any accidents at the gym and not them.

I’m using this gym for two months now. Lovely and friendly staff, good facilities, decent swimming pool- all this for a small monthly price.

Tried to cancel my membership due to medical reasons and having a disability and can no longer train....I have poor vision and registered blind..upstairs is to to dark for my eye sight and kept dumping into equipment...expressed my concerns to the everlast team and they still said no to cancellation.

Very rude unprofessional staff...want to know every detail about your personal and private life but won't help out....Will not recommend and have cancelled my direct debit....

average gym. staff are all really nice and friendly, for a bigger person i feel comfortable there. the only criticism is the lockers are quite difficult to open, but other than that nice place.

Gym equipment breaks down, and is not getting fixed for months. Manager keeps telling same story about chasing to fix it ASAP. You can't even train some muscle groups anymore.
Pair of 20kg and 22kg dumbells missing, still not replaced for months, so when you done with 18kg, you jumping straight to 24kg!
When other gym's improved during quarantine, Everslast done nothing.. old cobwebs still there!
Staff friendly and nice, but no one supervises the gym. Teenagers playing with big weight, nearly injuring themselves. Had a situation when teenager dropped the whole bar with weights, nearly missing me from bigger injury.
Asking to cancel you membership, you will just get basic template telling you have to give them 3 months notice period. 3 months paying full price for same broken equipment and not able to train some muscle groups and listen to the same promises to fix it ASAP? NO THANK YOU!
Save your money and don't sign up with them!!!
