The Gym Group Dartford

Nice tidy gym with all the training equipment, weight lifting section, cardio exercise machines and a stretching/core workout area. Only downside is, the stretching/ core workout area is very small and at times it is shared by personal trainers who train their clients. Instead of having way too many cardio machines, the management could think about sacrificing some more area for stretching area.

A little more compact than some of the other gyms I've visited in this chain of gyms, but nevertheless.. very clean and no problems getting on the equipment considering it was fairly busy too. I still can't believe I used the pay at least three times what I pay for this chain of gyms - and the people that both run them and use them are so much more pleasant!

I go to this gym 3 to 4 times a week. As a beginner, I enjoy myself at this gym because it is clean and well-equipped and has got all the basics a beginner needs.

If you are looking to get yourself in shape this gym will help you get there, but if want a Personal Trainer “Joseph Foreman” who will help you with your journey to fitness

A gym equipped with many machines, which is very effective. I like that it offers water with different flavors with vitamins.

Your average chain gym, its clean and has plenty of machines for weights, cardio, and mats for floor work. Disinfectant sprays provided to Disinfectant equipment after use. Clean toilets. And friendly staff and fellow gym-goers.

Love the place, the atmosphere, and plenty of equipment. Staff are very polite and helpful, with extras on the app to help with workouts also

Of all the gyms i have been this is my favourite for value and quality. The only flaw to this place is during peak times i have walked out due to lack of machine and weight availablity. The facilities are maintained well and kept very clean and staff are welcoming and friendly. The weight range is great and the machines options are good
